Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client managers to identify staffing needs and keep them informed on applicant progress
• Assist drivers through client/carrier applications and ensure all required documents are completed
• Schedule and coordinate orientation, handling travel, accommodation, and any unexpected challenges
• Carry out administrative tasks and support additional team needs as required
