Responsibilities

• Provide medical and procedural consultation for residents
• Advise the facility administrator on service enhancements and future resident care programs
• Be available to the facility ²⁴⁄₇ for emergencies
• Attend monthly QA and/or QAPI meetings (at least 10 months per year)
• Assist in developing clinical pathways to improve resident care
• Support facility marketing efforts as requested
• Collaborate with other attending physicians to ensure the highest quality of care for residents

• Medical degree and appropriate licensure
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage time effectively
