We are currently recruiting for a 2nd Shift Die Cutter Operator to join our team. As a Die Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for performing make-readies and operating a die cutting press at required production speeds while controlling quality and waste, meeting safety requirements, and maintaining housekeeping standards.

Skills

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of Die Cutting Operator experience
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience running Bobst Expertcut Die-Cutter Press preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate BOBST machinery to expected performance levels.
• Perform set-ups, troubleshooting, and making minor machine adjustments.
• Follow PFD instructions to fulfill daily production requirements.
• Adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Help meet or exceed quality and production waste goals.
• Keep work area clean throughout shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Die Cutter Operator
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with Bobst machinery preferred
