Responsibilities

  • Support production operations for all maintenance requirements, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Select materials and operate equipment, including electrical hand tools and measuring devices
  • Troubleshoot and maintain all plant equipment using sound techniques
  • Work from drawings, equipment specifications, and schematics
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspections and maintenance
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 4 years of experience in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Secondary Education

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance role in a production-oriented environment
  • Proven experience with CNC machines and mechanical presses is preferred
