Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary: \(120,000 – \)150,000 (final salary will depend on experience, location, and budget).

Skills
7+ years of experience in account management or a related role within an advertising agency.
Proven track record of managing high-profile, social, and/or integrated client accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Significant experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and production.
Knowledge and interest in the tech and automotive industries is a plus.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, along with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp) and industry-standard software (e.g., Office 365, Google Suite).
Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone and be able to work from the office 2-3 times per month.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor, including senior-level executives.
Collaborate with the Strategy Lead to develop and implement comprehensive account strategies that align with client goals.
Work closely with creative teams to inspire innovative ideas, ensuring that campaigns are both strategically sound and creatively compelling.
Utilize your strong understanding of social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Stay updated on industry and social media trends, particularly in the tech and automotive sectors.
Support the Project Manager and Account Supervisor in overseeing campaign execution.
Collaborate with the Social Lead to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment on objectives.

7+ years of experience in account management or a related role within an advertising agency.
Proven track record of managing high-profile, social, and/or integrated client accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
