The Role: As an Account Executive, you'll drive new business growth and expand our footprint within the hospitality industry, focusing on restaurants, country clubs, and hotels. Your mission: to show CFOs and finance leaders how our innovative Fintech solutions can revolutionize their operations from day one. Your success will hinge on exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, managing deals proactively, and ensuring precise forecasts. Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with internal teams and our broader partner ecosystem to drive adoption and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives on challenge, adapts quickly, and excels in presenting solutions that deliver immediate impact. What You'll Do: Achieve individual sales quotas to advance company goals and objectives. Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts within the hospitality sector. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs, leveraging both phone and online platforms. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts that resonate with potential clients. Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to capitalize on them. Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives, Account Managers, and Executive Leadership to drive sales initiatives. Engage in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Provide valuable insights to our product development team based on customer feedback to continually refine our offerings. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the sales process. Stay informed about competitive products and industry trends in the hospitality sector to position our solutions effectively in the market. Mentor and support Sales Development Representatives and Associate AEs by sharing best practices and strategies for success. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated success (1+ years) in an Account Executive or similar sales role, ideally selling SaaS products within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Experience managing mid-market sales cycles. Strong ability to build and manage a sales pipeline through effective prospecting. Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in delivering online demos. Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales activities accurately. Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales automation tools. Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Occasional travel (10-20%) may be required for industry events and client meetings.
