In this role, you’ll partner with a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth within the Home Improvement sector. Your primary focus will be to expand loan volume among Home Improvement contractors in your assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly check-ins and business reviews with dealers in your assigned territory
  • Collaborate with our Onboarding team to integrate new dealers generated through our website
  • Train and support current dealers to maximize loan originations and ensure their success
  • Utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities and enhance dealer performance
  • Maintain detailed notes in Hubspot CRM to track progress and client interactions

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Direct experience in home improvement finance, home improvement sales, or consumer finance is a plus

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
