You have excellent computer skills and are proficient in Excel, Word, and cloud-based programs. You understand and prioritize the confidentiality of client, stakeholder, and employee information. You are organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. You are responsive, adaptable to change, accountable, caring, and strive for excellence in your work. Responsibilities: Prepare care logs and invoices for clients and funding sources on a weekly basis. Enter monthly billing for state agencies. Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues while maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. Assist the Finance Department with payroll tasks, including verifying time worked. Create journal entries and run reports for distribution to various departments. Support Accounts Receivable as needed. Answer phone calls, route calls effectively, and provide assistance to callers. Assist the Finance Manager with other finance-related tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher with experience in billing or bookkeeping. Proficiency in Word, Excel, One Drive, and Office 365. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Superb organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to be an effective team member. Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong cognitive skills related to the position. Reliable internet service at home for remote work during inclement weather or other circumstances. Full vaccination against COVID-19. Don't meet all the qualifications but still interested?
