Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from \(25.00 to \)30.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, training, and work performance. The position offers flexible working hours with an expected commitment of 20-40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up meetings
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
  • Screen phone calls and route callers appropriately
  • Generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, and conduct research using computers
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless experience

Education Requirements
