Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from \(25.00 to \)30.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, training, and performance. This position can be full-time, part-time, contract, or temporary, with expected hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Handle office tasks, including filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings.
• Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and managing conflicts.
• Make travel arrangements, including flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
• Screen phone calls and route callers appropriately.
• Utilize computers to generate reports and conduct research.
• Greet and assist visitors to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
