Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from \(25.00 to \)30.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, training, and work performance. This position is available in full-time, part-time, contract, or temporary formats, with expected hours between 20-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings
  • Provide real-time scheduling support and book appointments
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
  • Screen phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Utilize computers to create reports, transcribe minutes, and conduct research
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Maintain communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others for a seamless experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • General educational development and relevant certifications may be beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred.
