The position involves managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately, organizing and scheduling appointments efficiently, and recording accurate meeting minutes. You will handle various forms of correspondence, assist in generating reports, and maintain organized filing systems. Updating and enforcing office procedures, procuring office supplies, and keeping contact lists up to date are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will arrange travel efficiently, process and reconcile expense reports promptly, and provide courteous support to office visitors.
