Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route calls in a professional manner
  • Process sales and installation orders in a timely manner
  • Manage and schedule consultations, installs, and services
  • Perform heavy data entry into the company’s database
  • Execute basic administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, copying, and scanning
  • Provide backup support to other administrators and managers
  • Respond to emails and communicate effectively with various departments regarding shipping issues
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in the logistics field is a plus, but not required
  • Strong initiative and self-motivated with independent thinking capabilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Relevant internships or schooling will be taken into consideration

Experience Requirements

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of administrative experience, including internships
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on communication and professionalism is essential
