Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions, provide information, take and process orders, and address complaints.
  • Answer phone calls and follow up with customers and vendors regarding appointments and deliveries.
  • Compile, maintain, and update company records.
  • Manage office inventory and liaise with vendors to ensure regular supply of office materials.
  • Set up appointments, schedule meetings, distribute reports, and manage correspondence between the office and external bodies.
  • Compile and maintain records of office business transactions.
