This role involves recording and reporting data, troubleshooting safety and service issues, and maintaining departmental information.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting safety, service, and operational issues.
  • Create, distribute, and close out customer tickets daily.
  • Maintain and distribute departmental information and reports.
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding operations and dispatch issues.
  • Support data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs.
  • Process payments and handle other financial tasks as needed.
  • Build cooperative relationships across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Open to learning new skills and tools
