Skills

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certification as an Adult or Family NP
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Proficiency in physical exams and diagnostics
• Experience with EMR (MDLand preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and patient assessments
• Take detailed medical histories and symptom reviews
• Develop and manage patient care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Operate and monitor medical equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Provide patient and family health education
• Support illness prevention and chronic disease management
• Deliver care in office, telehealth, and house-call settings

Qualifications

• Open to experienced NPs and new graduates
