We have a full-time, on-site position available for a BC/BE General Psychiatrist. This is for an Adult Inpatient Unit and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program in Shreveport, LA. There is also an option for a mix of inpatient and PHP if interested. The role requires a 1:6 weekend call and weeknight call. This is an employed position offering a competitive base salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient unit and PHP setting

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
  

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
  
• Successful completion of residency in Psychiatry
  
• Active Louisiana medical license or eligibility for licensure
