Job Description

We're currently seeking a talented Advertising Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team at a market-defining company in the home services industry. As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for selling advertising to businesses that are interested in receiving client referrals from high-performing real estate agents and brokerages. You'll collaborate with our marketing and SDR teams to drive channel development and lead generation while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with at least 3 years of experience in advertising sales or similar digital services sales. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting inquiries to local, regional, and national advertisers Follow up with prospects via call, email, and text to progress and close sales opportunities Collaborate with marketing and SDRs to support channel development and lead generation Take inbound calls, emails, and meeting requests as they occur Maintain client relationships and cross-sell as appropriate when new ad markets launch Solicit referrals from clients to corporate or organizational peers in other markets Operational Activities: Use Zoho CRM to manage and track leads through the sales process Enter sales into transaction system (Stripe) Reach out to advertising customers when credit cards fail or when contracts end Assist fulfillment with onboarding new customers Send confirmation emails to customers post-sale Skills & Requirements: 3+ years in advertising sales or similar digital services sales Experience with sales of premium, targeted advertising preferred Knowledge of the Residential Real Estate market highly preferred Excellent communication skills Competence with CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Remote Communications software (Google Meet, etc.) Compensation, Benefits & Organization: Base Salary of $50,000 Performance-based commissions Medical, Dental, Vision benefits after 120 days (position may transition to full-time employee) SavvyCard pays 100% for Employee-only coverage, and 50% for partner/dependents Additional plans (e.g., FSA, 401 (k)) available via PEO - ADP TotalSource 10 days PTO increasing to 15 days in year two and at least 8 paid company holidays annually
