Description

The Scrum/Flow Master will play a critical role in guiding teams through various agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. This position involves coaching and advising both teams and leadership on desired Scrum processes and facilitating continuous improvement. The successful candidate will enable teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable, assisting them in achieving their Sprint plans by facilitating Scrum/Kanban/SAFe events, removing impediments, and resolving issues outside of the team’s control.

Additionally, the Scrum/Flow Master will lead the planning and execution of development and delivery efforts for one or more products to a high standard. The individual must work effectively with Product Owners, Scrum/Flow Masters, Developers, and Stakeholders, and will execute the Agile transformation strategies set forth by the Agile Transformation Coach and team.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Agile methodologies and team leadership
• Familiarity with Cúram/Java web-based applications is a plus
