Position Summary: A GRT Client is seeking a Product Operations & Analytics Manager to support their Payments business line by delivering data-driven insights and creating impactful dashboards and reports. This role will require a strong background in product analytics, marketing analytics, and experimentation design. You will work closely with product, business, marketing, and engineering teams to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and enable data-centric decision-making. This is an onsite position that requires 5 days a week in the Sunnyvale, CA or Bentonville, AR office. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Visualization: ● Process large-scale datasets, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar tools. ● Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations to track user journeys, campaign performance, and product adoption. Product & Marketing Analytics: ● Evaluate product adoption, funnel conversion, and segmentation strategies to optimize key metrics. ● Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify problems and deliver data insights that influence product roadmap and strategic initiatives. Experimentation & Insights: ● Design and execute impactful experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.) to drive improvements in product conversion and renewal rates. ● Monitor and measure experimentation outcomes, providing actionable recommendations to enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth. Operational Support & Continuous Improvement: ● Support product operations by owning and improving processes related to offer publishing, invoicing, and marketing eligibility lists. ● Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize data pipelines and workflows, ensuring reliable and scalable analytics solutions. Strategic Reporting & Collaboration: ● Create alerts and reporting mechanisms for real-time behavioral insights. ● Partner with data science, marketing, and product teams to inform competitive analysis, strategic roadmaps, and future growth initiatives. ● Present complex analyses and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in clear, concise formats. Required Qualifications: ● 4+ Years in data analytics and reporting, with emphasis on large data sets and varied data sources. ● Proven experience using SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization. ● Strong track record in product analytics and marketing analytics, with knowledge of experimentation measurement (A/B testing, cohort analyses, etc.). ● Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. ● Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. ● Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: ● Python or R skills for advanced statistical modeling and automation. ● Familiarity with project management principles and agile methodologies. ● Experience working in advertising or e-commerce environments. ● Strong understanding of funnel analysis and campaign performance tracking in a B2C marketplace setting. Additional Details: ● Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis. ● On-Site Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Sunnyvale, CA or Bentonville, AR, with the ability to be on-site five days a week.

Salary: $45.00 - 50.00 Per Hour
