  • At least 1 year of leasing experience required
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently
  • Proficient in customer service, typing, clerical tasks, and computer usage
  • Familiarity with tax credit/Section 8, fair housing laws, and property management software (YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, POP CARD, YIELDSTAR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, including residents and prospective tenants
  • Answer inquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule appointments for property tours
  • Provide tours and promote community features
  • Collect application fees, deposits, and rent
  • Prepare and submit application materials for approval
  • Prepare leasing documents and follow up with prospects
  • Prepare service requests and move-in/move-out notices
  • Conduct inspections and prepare move-in packets for new residents

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of leasing experience
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance

Education Requirements

A minimum of a high school education is required.

Education Requirements Credential Category

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management
