Career Strategies is hiring for ALL Apartment Maintenance positions, including temporary and temp-to-hire roles. Apartment Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in maintaining apartment communities, providing solutions to problems, collaborating as part of a team, and ensuring properties are well-kept. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager to complete work orders, turnovers, and other essential tasks.

  • Responsible for seasonal maintenance like swimming pool procedures
