Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, including the clubhouse, fitness center, mail room, leasing office, hallways, restrooms, meeting room, and pool area
• Clean vacant apartments to make them move-in ready
• Maintain and organize supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, rug cleaners, and polishers
• Handle cleaning supplies, chemicals, and solvents
• Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles
• Clean wash basins, commodes, and mirrors
• Dust, mop, and sanitize counters, sinks, windows, and fixtures
• Restock supplies and replace bulbs
• Perform detailed cleaning for vacant apartments and prepare for viewing
• Update inventory for cleaning supplies

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving items as necessary
