Skills

  • Proficiency in SketchUp Master, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Strong architectural aesthetic design and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering teams and clients

Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts for residential and multi-family projects
  • Work on commercial tenant finish projects, including workplace design, retail, and restaurants
  • Manage capital improvement projects and existing building renovations
  • Develop designs from concept through SD, DD, CD, & CA phases
  • Set up Revit infrastructure as firm standards

Qualifications

  • Architecture degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in interior Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
  • Familiarity with multiple building types and construction constraints
  • Understanding of zoning and building codes for various jurisdictions

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on both residential and commercial projects.
