Description

The Assistant General Counsel will provide advisory services and serve as a trusted advisor to various levels of company management on all aspects of the company’s business. This role involves reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts for the company’s acquired entities, including producer agreements, carrier agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements. You will also oversee the implementation of company spoke and fold acquisitions, handling all aspects from the letter of intent to due diligence, preparation/negotiation of purchase documentation, and closing.
