The Assistant General Counsel, Ethics will serve as a consultant and advisor to the People Team and Compliance teams, providing ethics and employment law advice and strategy for multiple company locations both in the U.S. and globally. This role involves partnering with leaders across the organization on a variety of business and legal projects that encompass benefits, compensation, immigration, recruiting, tax, ethics and compliance, diversity and inclusion, and incident responses. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and reviewing policies, standards, and business procedures to ensure compliance with various state, federal, and international employment laws and regulations.
