The Assistant General Counsel will serve as the lead lawyer supporting the company on government contracting, data rights, regulatory, and export control matters. This role requires a deep understanding of government contracting and export control laws and regulations. In addition to these responsibilities, some commercial and international legal work will also be undertaken.
