Description

The Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property will report directly to the Head of Intellectual Property and will lead a team of IP professionals and attorneys. This role involves developing and implementing strategic IP plans and initiatives that align with the company’s business priorities. A focus will be placed on strategic U.S. and ex-U.S. patent filings and prosecution while collaborating with research and product development teams to capture high-value innovations and determine the most effective forms of IP protection.
