The Assistant General Counsel will provide essential legal counsel and representation to the Company, focusing primarily on labor and employment law. This role involves managing employment claims and litigation, either directly or through outside counsel. You will assist the Head of Litigation North America with a diverse range of regulatory matters. Identifying legal issues and opportunities, you will assess risks and benefits of existing and proposed activities and recommend appropriate actions to ensure legal compliance, protect Company assets, and promote our goals and values.
