11 - 180927 al A manufacturing company is seeking an Assistant Line Supervisor to work first shift from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Duties: Supervising the assembly line to ensure efficient completion of production tasks Following work instructions for bench-style and foot-operated terminal crimping machines Performing wire stripping using both machines and hand tools Utilizing hand or mechanical crimp tools with precision and coordination Using measurement devices for accuracy Working on multi-conductor plug-ins and harness board lay-up Conducting final inspection of finished components Undertaking other special assembly projects as assigned Meeting production rates and quality standards Participating in training sessions as required Job Qualifications: Must have previous assembly line experience with supervisory duties Must be able to perform wire stripping, multi-conductor plug-in, and harness board lay-up Must have the ability to accurately use measuring devices, machine, and hand tools Must have the ability to pay attention to detail Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment, remain focused, consistently follow established procedures and specifications, and keep work area safe, clean, and orderly Must be able to follow all safety guidelines and regulations Only those candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
