• Research color and fabric trends through retail exploration
• Attend Interwoven Fabric Shows and participate in the High Point Market
• Collaborate with fabric mills on design concepts and color selections
• Assist with showroom layout and creation of marketing materials
• Develop fabric-to-frame combinations that meet style and margin requirements

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proven experience in merchandising with creativity
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Fashion Merchandising is preferred
• Relevant coursework includes Textiles, Global Textiles & Apparel, Marketing Principles, Retail Marketing, and more
