The Assistant Vice President of Legal Claims will be instrumental in gathering information and creating operational program management for key initiatives such as Workforce Transformation, DEI strategy, and assessing legal industry trend impacts across the Claims Legal organization. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to establish a vision and cultivate a culture that treats analytics as a vital cross-corporate asset. Additionally, you will develop communication plans utilizing storyboards and presentations on analytic insights, explaining results and recommendations to leadership, including Claims Ops meetings.
