We are a dentist recruiting company collaborating with a private dental office seeking an associate dentist. This practice has a robust patient base, welcoming over 100 new patients each month across two modern offices. The practice operates on a mix of fee-for-service and PPOs. Equipped with modern technology, including digital x-rays and paperless charting, the offices maintain state-of-the-art equipment. While they currently perform general restorative procedures, they are open to investing in a CBCT if required by the associate. The position primarily involves general restorative work, with minimal endodontics and no implant placement. However, skills in endo and implants are welcome but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
