Description
The Associate General Counsel will lead a cross-departmental team to plan and execute the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, serving as the primary drafter of the annual proxy statement. This role involves collaborating on and reviewing various SEC filings and other disclosures such as 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, ESG reports, and more. Additionally, the Associate General Counsel will advise on and own trading compliance, including section 16 reporting and 10b5-1 plans, as well as leading the corporate governance function for insurance companies and other subsidiaries.
