The Associate General Counsel will provide legal advice to program staff worldwide regarding grants, including navigating tax and OFAC compliance. This role involves negotiating, reviewing, and preparing grant letters and associated documents as needed. Additionally, the Associate General Counsel will assist staff with the interpretation of Foundation policies and procedures.
