The Associate General Counsel, M&A will take a lead role in privacy due diligence and engage in cross-functional collaboration on all M&A related matters for the company and its affiliates. This position requires partnering with teams such as Product, Corporate Development, Privacy, Policy, and Integration throughout the M&A transaction lifecycle. The role will support significant M&A transactions and complex strategic initiatives while managing internal M&A and privacy initiatives and policies.
