The Associate General Counsel will assist the General Counsel in managing the legal department. This role involves rendering legal advice on key areas of risk exposure and developing appropriate policies and procedures to address those exposures. The position also requires helping to develop, monitor, and audit brokerage and mortgage legal compliance requirements, which includes creating reference materials for business units and establishing communication protocols to ensure business adherence to legal compliance requirements.
