Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by building meaningful relationships
• Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications
• Collaborate with team and managers while navigating policies and procedures
• Grow knowledge of financial products and services to best serve customers
• Refer customers to specialized bankers for complex financial needs
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers
• Previous experience in fostering customer relationships preferred
• Military experience related to personnel management or operations is a plus

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education in finance or business preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

• High School diploma required, college degree preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of customer interaction experience required
• Experience in a financial services environment is a plus
