• Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing technical issues

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections, and maintenance
• Conduct system diagnostics and problem-solving
• Carry out brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation
• Provide excellent guest service through clear communication
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report any safety issues immediately to management
• Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs and preventative maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

• ASE Certification is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests preferred
• Experience in electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems beneficial
