Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements
• Train with mid and senior-level automotive technicians for additional service knowledge
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
• Perform various manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience Requirements

• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience preferred
• Previous formal automotive training is a plus
