Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train alongside mid and senior level automotive technicians to gain further experience.
• Demonstrate outstanding guest service by providing clear communication and feedback regarding vehicle care.
• Promote teamwork to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operations.
• Perform various manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience is preferred.
• Formal automotive training is a plus.
