Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships by understanding their needs
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from check-in to check-out
• Make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Promote self-development through company-provided training tools

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
