Responsibilities

  • Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions
  • Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Understand and communicate warranties, advertising, and products
  • Manage guest interactions from check-in to check-out
  • Make product recommendations based on expertise
  • Promote self-development with company training tools
  • Perform various manual tasks, including lifting and standing

Qualifications

  • Prior guest service experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Guest Service experience is preferred
  • Previous Tire Sales experience is a plus
