Responsibilities

• Help drive and achieve sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs
• Understand and describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from check-in through completed service
• Make recommendations based on manufacturing guidance
• Promote self-development through company training tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform various manual tasks, including lifting consumer tires and wheels

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Prior guest service experience
• Previous automotive guest service and tire sales experience preferred
