  • Strong automotive diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair skills
  • Ability to perform routine inspections and maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Perform line technician services and system diagnostics
  • Road test vehicles after repairs to ensure mechanical soundness
  • Learn new technologies in the automotive industry
  • Provide excellent guest service and clear communication
  • Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians
  • Document all work performed on the repair order
  • Report safety issues immediately to management
  • Promote teamwork during all operating hours
  • Perform various manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • ASE Certifications preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Automotive industry-related certifications and training are a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant automotive service experience
