Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong work ethic and independent motivation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Perform line technician services, routine inspections, and maintenance
  • Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing
  • Road test vehicles after repairs
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians
  • Document all work performed
  • Report safety issues to management
  • Promote teamwork for accurate guest care
  • Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in automotive diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
  • ASE Certifications preferred
