Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections, and system diagnostics
• Road test vehicles after repairs for mechanical soundness
• Display commitment to learning new automotive technologies
• Provide excellent guest service, including clear communication
• Mentor junior automotive technicians
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management immediately
• Promote teamwork and ensure accurate guest care during operating hours
• Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis and repair experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• ASE Certifications are a plus

Education Requirements Credential Category

Automotive technical education or related field is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnosis and repair
• Experience with exhaust systems, fuel ignition, electrical, air conditioning, and computer systems
