As an Automotive Technician in one of Goodyear’s Auto Service centers, you will be responsible for professionally inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing tires and conducting automotive services while delivering an excellent guest experience. Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service and clear communication

  • Capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Perform line technician services and routine inspections/maintenance
  • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting across various automotive systems
  • Road test vehicles after repairs to ensure mechanical soundness
  • Document all work performed on repair orders
  • Report safety issues immediately to management
  • Promote teamwork and deliver on-time guest care during all operating hours
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant automotive experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • ASE Certifications are a plus
