Our trusted repairs are utilized by major carriers and OEMs. Additionally, as an ASA 100 distribution business, we stock over 300,000 parts strategically near LAX for quick access to essential inventory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) in a timely manner
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Drive sales growth by leveraging opportunities with customers
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide excellent service
• Manage day-to-day customer inquiries and process orders
• Conduct detailed research on parts using technical resources
• Gather market pricing for parts using platforms such as ILS and Boeing
