Skills

  • 2+ years of B2B cold calling experience with a strong ability to generate leads
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage prospects and build trust
  • Strong market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying motivated and results-driven
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through
  • Familiarity with the roofing industry is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through B2B cold calling, email campaigns, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the nationwide sales team to increase market presence and expand your designated territory
  • Track and manage tasks using a CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups and organization
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, taking ownership of results and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in a sales role focusing on lead generation
